When I first met Andrew Fast, he was living with his parents, had no legitimate results to his name, and literally had mice living in his car. Andrew had to live up to his namesake, so he trained really hard in the Woodinville area for two years with me and several other strong triathletes. Now he is a legit pro, just coming off a 5th place at Ironman 70.3 Mount-Tremblant, and is also working towards a doctorate in Physical Therapy in New Hampshire. I guess life for Andrew is finally starting to look up!
